Facilities Manager Jobs in Texas
A Facilities Manager in the real estate industry oversees the operational aspects of real estate properties, ensuring that the buildings and their services meet the needs of the occupants. This involves a broad range of responsibilities such as property maintenance, coordinating refurbishments and renovations, managing space allocation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising cleaning, security, and parking services. Familiarity with property law and relevant health and safety regulations is also vital.
