Property manager for RV park

Responsibilities include:
Using online reservation system to manage RV sites, rent collection, utilities billing, invoicing, customer service, facility housekeeping, mail sorting, light cleaning, pool maintenance and daily site duties.
Bi-lingual is a plus.
Can work full time or part time.

Employee can live in their camper at the park on full hook up RV site with all of the amenities, or live within 30 minutes with reliable transportation.

Private, quiet and gated property located in Pearland near highway 288 and Beltway 8, close to schools, shopping, etc. Family like atmosphere.

We welcome happy camper, team player, non-smoker and no drama individuals. Must be able to lift upto 50 lbs when needed.

Propane filler certification is a plus or should be willing to get certified after starting the job. Campspot or a reservation system experience is a plus or we can train. Must be computer literate with ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner via emails and messaging.
