Pay: $27/hr

Type: Longterm Temp to Hire (for the right candidate)

We are seeking a strong Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager with proven leasing skills and tax credit experience to support a busy community in Federal Way. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, understands affordable housing compliance, and can deliver results from day one.

This position has the potential to become a longterm temptohire opportunity for the right person. Once we identify a qualified candidate, we will confirm availability with the Property Manager, Annie.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive leasing performance with strong followup and closing skills
• Assist with tax credit files, eligibility, and compliance documentation
• Support daily office operations and resident relations
• Conduct tours, process applications, and manage leasing paperwork
• Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects, residents, and staff
• Maintain accurate records and support the PM with administrative tasks

Requirements

• Tax credit experience (required)
• Strong leasing skills with a track record of high conversion
• Experience as a Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager
• Excellent communication, organization, and customerservice skills
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Reliable, professional, and detailoriented
