Bilingual Leasing Consultant - Property Management

Location: Kent, WA 98031

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Pay: $24-$25 per hour

We're looking for a friendly, motivated Bilingual Leasing Consultant (English/Spanish) to join our property management team. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, helping them feel welcome and supported from the moment they walk in. If you enjoy connecting with people and thrive in a fastpaced leasing environment, this role is a great match.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in both English and Spanish
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and walkins with excellent customer service
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication throughout the leasing process
• Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements
• Support resident retention efforts, renewals, and community events
• Maintain accurate records and keep the leasing office organized and welcoming

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
• Comfortable using property management software and basic computer applications
• Professional, positive, and teamoriented attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Weekend availability may be required
