This is a great opportunity for someone interested in real estate, property management, leasing, and client relations while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced brokerage environment.

Position Type: Part-Time Internship
Compensation: $17-20/hour depending on qualifications
Flexible Schedule Available June to October
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with leasing inquiries and scheduling property tours- Conduct showings for residential and commercial properties- Respond to leads, emails, and phone inquiries professionally- Help create rental listings and marketing content- Assist with tenant applications and leasing paperwork - Support property management and brokerage operations - Maintain organized records and communication logs- Learn day-to-day real estate and leasing operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication and people skills - Professional appearance and positive attitude - Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using social media and technology- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Interest in real estate, leasing, or property management preferred- Real estate license is a plus, but not required
