Leasing Asspociate Entry-Level Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at a smaller apartment community. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in property management.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to resident/prospect inquiries
Tour apartment homes and assist prospective residents through the leasing process
Process and submit work orders for maintenance requests
Conduct daily property walks to ensure community standards are maintained
Deliver resident notices and correspondence as required
Complete apartment inspections and documentation
Assist with showings of vacant units and turnover readiness

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
Ability to work independently
Reliable and detail-oriented with good communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Must be available to work at least one weekend day
Must possess valid drivers license
