Leasing Specialist Full-Time - HIRING NOW!

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Leasing Specialist to join our property management team. This role blends creative marketing with hands-on leasing operations to drive occupancy and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Digital Presence

Manage and update property listings across Zillow, Apartments.com, and Facebook Marketplace
Maintain and update the company website, including available unit listings and photography
Capture and edit property photos to support marketing efforts
Manage social media channels and create engaging content to attract prospective residents

Leasing Operations

Perform manual adjustments to unit availability dates in the property management system
Compile and populate weekly metrics each Friday, including move-in/move-out data, collection percentages, and monthly lease request totals
Oversee and review all leasing reports for accuracy and completeness
Process rental applications, including credit checks and tenant verification

Property Support

Support the Regional Manager in rent-ready unit inspections and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure units meet move-in standards

Qualifications

Prior experience in property management, leasing, or real estate preferred
Proficiency with listing platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, Facebook Marketplace) and social media
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and reporting
Basic photography skills a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
