About the Role
As a Property Inspector, youll play a key role in preparing homes for guest and owner arrivals, conducting detailed inspections, and ensuring everything is in top condition. Youll be our eyes and ears on the groundchecking functionality, tidying up, troubleshooting minor issues, and making sure each home meets our high standards before anyone walks through the door.
This is a weekend-heavy role, and a sizeable end-of-season bonus will be awarded to team members who commit to and complete their scheduled shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform property inspections before guest and owner arrivals.
- Prep homes to ensure theyre clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
- Conduct light home maintenance and troubleshooting, including tasks like pilot lights, Wi-Fi resets, breaker checks, and light repairs (well train you if needed!).
- Handle touch-up cleaning and basic snow removal/pine needle removal as needed.
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure every home meets our five-star presentation standards.

- A hands-on problem solver who doesnt mind getting a little dirty to get the job done.
- Someone with a keen eye for detail and high standards.
- A team player who communicates clearly and professionally.
- Calm and steadyeven when things get a little wild (weather, guests, tech quirksyou name it).

Preferred Skills & Requirements:
- Experience with home maintenance or handywork (light carpentry, painting, etc.)or willingness to learn!
- Comfort with tech tools, task-tracking apps, and basic troubleshooting of home systems (cable/internet/etc.)
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
- Valid drivers license, own reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record.
- Mileage reimbursement provided for job-related travel.
- Must be based in North Lake Tahoe or Truckee.
