We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a growing property management team in Shoreline, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the property management industry and build a long-term career.
This role is open to entry-level candidates who bring strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome prospective residents and conduct property tours
Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Assist applicants with rental applications and required documentation
Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
Support marketing efforts and online listings
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and resident communication
Address resident questions and provide excellent customer service
Collaborate with the team to meet occupancy and leasing goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with attention to detail
Comfortable working onsite in a team-oriented environment
Interest in property management, real estate, or leasing
Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
