A nationally recognized real estate practice seeks a leasing-focused associate with 45 years of experience to support its Real Estate Transactions & Finance team on high-profile, national deals.

Responsibilities include negotiating and drafting mortgage loan and purchase/sale agreements, managing closings, and handling significant office leasing transactions for major tenants (tenant-side preferred). Experience with joint ventures and construction agreements is a plus.

Qualifications:

• 45 years of transactional real estate experience

• Deep office leasing experience for major tenants

• Strong drafting and communication skills

• Active bar membership in good standing
