Zoning Specialist Jobs
A Zoning Specialist in the real estate industry is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all zoning related issues for a real estate project. They should also have a strong understanding of blueprints and site plans. A Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, or a related field is typically required. Certifications such as AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) can provide a competitive edge. Prior to becoming a Zoning Specialist, individuals often gain experience in roles such as Zoning Analyst, Urban Planner, or Land Use Planner.
