Title Examiner Jobs in Pennsylvania
A Title Examiner plays a crucial role in the real estate industry by conducting a detailed examination of property records to determine the legal status of a property. They search and analyze public records to document details about a property, such as previous owners, liens, or any legal actions that may affect the property's title.
