About the Role
As an Independent Contractor with our company, you will receive high-quality leads directly from us. Your primary responsibility will be to promptly contact these clients, understand their investment goals, and match them with suitable properties. Building trust, fostering relationships, and showcasing our dedication to their success are at the heart of this role.
We use PipeDrive, a leading CRM tool, to help you manage your leads efficiently. Through the "Activity" tab, you’ll stay on top of follow-ups, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to connect. This system enables you to handle as many clients as you like, seamlessly and productively.
Earning Potential
By closing one small transaction per month, you can earn over $100,000 per year. The bad news is that it may take a few months from start to finish to close a transaction so this is not a position for someone who needs a steady paycheck. This past quarter, our agents received commissions ranging from $5,500 to $88,500 from one client who bought a portfolio of properties.
