This role is perfect for someone who is organized, people-loving and enjoys helping others! Main Job Duties Leasing like a pro - Converting leads into happy residents through engaging conversations. Following up - Calls, emails, texting. Training & coaching - Participating in ongoing training and applying feedback to grow while assisting our onsite teams Application follow-ups - Guiding prospects through the application process and following up on any outstanding applications Connecting with prospects - Listening first, matching secondevery renter has a story.
