About the Role
The Associate Manager, Real Estate Strategy & Market Analytics plays a key role in shaping the Brands growth strategy through data-driven market intelligence, investment analysis, and development insights. This role partners closely with Field Real Estate Teams, franchisees, and senior leadership to evaluate trade areas, assess investment opportunities, and support strategic development decisions.
This position blends financial modeling, market analytics, geospatial intelligence, and storytelling to influence where and how the Brand grows. The role reports to the Director of Market Planning.
The Day-to-Day
Conduct trade area analysis, market mapping, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and development priorities.
Analyze store performance, demographic trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics to generate actionable business insights.
Build and maintain financial models, scenario modeling tools, and sales forecast projections to support investment decision-making.
Partner with Field Real Estate Teams and franchisees on ad-hoc development projects, site evaluations, and market optimization strategies.
Present insights and recommendations through compelling storytelling at monthly and quarterly investor and leadership meetings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to refine forecasting methodologies, mobile impact projections, and development success criteria.
Drive continuous improvement of analytics tools, reporting capabilities, and GIS-based development models to support long-term growth strategy.
Is This You?
5+ years of experience in real estate development, market analytics, investment analysis, or related strategic planning functions.
Bachelors degree required; preferred fields include Economics, Business, Real Estate, Applied Geography, Finance, or related disciplines.
Strong experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, investment evaluation, and forecasting methodologies.
Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into clear business recommendations that influence decision-making.
Experience presenting analytical insights to senior leadership, franchise partners, or investment stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency with analytical and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, and AI-enabled analytics platforms.
Experience with GIS and market intelligence platforms such as ESRI, MapInfo, SiteIntel, or related geospatial technologies preferred.
Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $109,400 to $125,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
