We are looking for a driven, organized, and highly motivated Sales Team Manager to help lead and grow our real estate sales team.
We are a full-service real estate brokerage with a unique flat fee model that gives our agents a strong competitive advantage when working with sellers and buyers. We are building a high-performance sales environment focused on real leads, strong training, accountability, mentorship, and helping agents win more listings.
The Sales Team Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activity of our sales agents, helping them stay focused, trained, motivated, and accountable. This person will help manage lead follow-up, track production, run sales meetings, improve scripts, support listing opportunities, and make sure agents are executing at a high level.
Responsibilities include:

Managing and supporting the daily activity of the sales team, including lead follow-up, prospecting, appointments, and pipeline management.
Running sales meetings focused on previous days leads, open houses, new opportunities, scripts, objection handling, weekly goals, and agent accountability.
Training agents on listing presentations, buyer consultations, lead conversion, follow-up systems, client communication, and the CA Flat Fee value proposition.
Helping agents win more listings by coaching them on pricing conversations, seller objections, marketing strategy, and how to clearly communicate our full-service flat fee model.
Tracking agent performance, including calls, appointments set, appointments held, signed clients, listings won, buyers under contract, and closed transactions.
Providing mentorship, coaching, and practical support to newer or growing agents.
Making sure leads are being worked properly and no opportunity is falling through the cracks.
Helping create a competitive, positive, team-first culture where agents are challenged, supported, and expected to grow.
Working directly with ownership to improve systems, training, recruiting, team structure, and overall sales production.

Ideal candidate:
Must have valid real estate license
Has real estate sales experience or direct experience managing a sales team.
Understands listing appointments, buyer consultations, lead follow-up, CRM usage, and real estate sales cycles.
Is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable holding people accountable.
Has strong communication and leadership skills
Can motivate agents while also setting clear expectations.
Is comfortable coaching scripts, role-playing objections, and helping agents improve their sales skills.
Believes in training, mentorship, structure, and consistent daily activity.
Understands that success in real estate comes from follow-up, discipline, communication, and execution.
Is excited about helping build a fast-growing, high-opportunity real estate sales team.
