Community Director - Rowlett

Churchill Residential is lookingfor a Community Director for Evergreen at Rowlett, a 138 unit Senior Livingcommunity. This position is responsibleto oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of a tax credit residentialproperty by providing outrageous customer service each day. Thisposition is responsible for the property's finances, budgets, accountingsystems and financial reporting. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines andconform to LIHTC. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. At least 2 years experience in a property management position. CAMcertification preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Officeproducts required. Valid Texas Drivers license and required autoinsurance.
