ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER - Part Time

100 unit apartment complex in Sierra Vista, Arizona is seeking a part time assistant maintenance manager. The position offers at least 24 hours a week (3 days) and often more. Hourly pay is $19.00 per hour. Must be able to demonstrate maintenance skills and previous experience in a related position. Some of the skills needed are plumbing repairs, carpet installation, installation of electrical fixtures, and drywall repair.
