Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Fulltime

We are seeking an energetic, polished, and professional Assistant Property Manager to support a growing multifamily community in Anna, TX. This property is working toward stabilization, so we need someone who is not only experienced in administration but also a strong, confident leaser who can convert leads and keep momentum high.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and administrative tasks for the community
• Drive leasing performance with strong followup and closing skills
• Conduct tours, process applications, and assist prospects through the leasing journey
• Maintain professional, polished communication with residents and applicants
• Assist with rent collection, notices, renewals, and resident relations
• Help the property move toward full stabilization through consistent leasing activity
• Represent the community in a businesscasual, polished manner

Requirements

• Assistant Property Manager or strong Leasing Consultant experience
• Multifamily property management background
• Proven leasing skills with strong conversion rates
• Energetic, professional, and polished demeanor
• Excellent communication and customerservice abilities
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment
