BG Staffing is actively seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Consultant to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused individual who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. You will play a key role in showcasing apartment homes, assisting with the leasing process, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for residents and guests.

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the property management industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours of the community and available units
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Process applications and assist with leasing paperwork
• Maintain accurate records and resident information
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Support the leasing office with general administrative tasks
• Help maintain the overall appearance and organization of the leasing office

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous leasing experience is a plus, but not required
• Candidates with a strong customer service or sales background are encouraged to apply (retail, serving, bartending, hospitality, call center, etc.)
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
