A position requiring a highly motivated, affable leader possessing strong decision-making, organizational, problem-solving and supervisory skills. As a Property Manager you will need the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize your workload. You will be responsible for the operational and financial aspects of multi-family properties and meeting company goals.
Responsibilities:
Duties will include but are not limited to develop, plan and implement the budget, handle all late notices and evictions, oversee customer service, resident relations, maintenance department practices, vendor relations, marketing and leasing. Additional responsibilities include personnel management, revenue enhancement, capital improvement, information reporting and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
