We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Property Manager Assistant to support the management of 8 commercial units as well as relevant office duties pertaining to this position.
This role requires working from a designated home office location in Port Moody. While weekly hours range from 2030, work schedules may vary during the day or evening depending on tenant and client needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily tenant emails and communications
Respond to tenant inquiries professionally and promptly
Handle government-related correspondence and documentation
Maintain digital property and tenant records
File monthly bank statements
Assist with bookkeeping (QuickBooks)
Act as Chief of Staff to CEO/President
Requirements:
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Email
Strong digital file management skills
Native-level English proficiency and Chinese speaking required
Detail-oriented, dependable, flexible, and a team player.
