Were seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our property management office in Downtown Vancouver. This part-time role (34 days per week) is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office administration, tenant communication, and coordination in a fast-paced environment.
This role is best suited for someone who is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
Office hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (onsite)
Location: Downtown Vancouver (transit accessible)
- Act as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and maintenance requests
- Manage shared email inbox: respond, triage, and route messages
- Communicate with internal team via Microsoft Teams
- Maintain digital and physical records (OneDrive + office filing)
- Support beginning/end-of-month administrative workflows
- Assist with rent tracking, accounts receivable, and vendor invoices
- Update rental listings and assist with marketing available units
- Coordinate move-ins/move-outs (scheduling, documentation, filing)
- Prepare notices, letters, and general administrative documents
- Input and maintain tenant data in property management software (training provided)
- Maintain accurate records of notices and deliveries
- 1+ year of administrative or customer service experience
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, digital filing systems)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Property management or Yardi experience is an asset
- Part-time (34 days per week)
- Hourly wage based on experience
