Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $33.00 to $36.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Support leasing operations by preparing lease documents, amendments, and related correspondence.
Maintain accurate records of lease terms, key provisions, and critical dates across the portfolio.
Coordinate tenant onboarding activities and track milestones from agreement through opening.
Update databases and systems regularly to ensure current and reliable leasing data.
Provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and documenting action items.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in commercial real estate or leasing related roles.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Strong proficiency with standard office software tools for communication and documentation.
Previous experience working with databases or customer management systems.
Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in document management and tracking.
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
Professional communication skills with a customer service oriented approach.
Problem solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Familiarity with design or presentation tools.
