Knoxville Title Company is seeking an experienced Real Estate Title Processor! Pay: $33.65/hr Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision APPLY NOW! Experience and Responsibilities: Manage residential and commercial real estate purchase and refinance closings from file setup through post-closing. Prepare and process title commitments, closing documents, closing disclosures (CDs), and title policies. Balance and finalize closing disclosures with lenders to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate and communicate with mortgage lenders, brokers, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction process. Ship closed files and maintain organized, accurate transaction records. Utilize SoftPro Select software for title and closing operations. Ensure timely, efficient processing of files while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills in a fast-paced title office environment. Maintain compliance with real estate closing procedures and title insurance requirements. Prior experience in real estate closings, disclosure preparation, and SoftPro Select is required.
