Position Highlights Location: Lebanon, TN, with potential placement in the Mt. Juliet office Practice Focus: Real estate closings, with an emphasis on commercial files Work Environment: Established law firm with a strong real estate practice Responsibilities Assist with real estate closing processing from intake through post-closing Handle loan closing documentation and settlement processing Review and coordinate title-related documents Communicate with lenders, clients, agents, attorneys, and other parties involved in transactions Support commercial real estate files, including preparing and organizing closing materials Ensure accuracy, deadlines, and compliance throughout the closing process Ideal Candidate Experience in real estate closing processing required Commercial real estate file experience strongly preferred Loan closing and settlement processing experience required Title experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines Professional communication skills and a team-focused approach Apply here or reach out confidentially by emailing your resume to ...
