Power Operations Manager

We're Hiring! Power Operations Manager - Deer Park, Texas

Universal Plant Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven Power Operations Manager to lead daily operations, workforce execution, customer relationships, and financial performance within our Power Services division.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience within the power generation, industrial maintenance, refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas industries and possess a passion for operational excellence, safety, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily operational activities for field services, maintenance projects, outages, and turnarounds
• Drive safe, efficient, and profitable project execution
• Manage workforce planning, staffing, employee development, and operational performance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting business growth initiatives
• Monitor budgets, labor utilization, productivity, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and customer requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and service delivery

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of leadership experience in industrial services, power generation, refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas environments
• Proven experience managing operations, field personnel, maintenance projects, or turnaround services
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills
• Experience with budgeting, workforce planning, and operational reporting
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered

Pay: $180K - $200K DOE
