Description
We have a part-time, permanent, direct hire opportunity in Rental Property Management and Marketing.
This is an on-site position, 3-4 days per week, 24-32 hours, with some scheduling flexibility.
You will be tasked with overall management, marketing and leasing of several commercial units, executive residential properties and storage units.
You must effectively communicate with the property owner and office staff in multiple locations.
Applicant must have experience in QuickBooks as this position requires
The creation of new customer accounts and invoices
Accepting and applying payments received by mail, in person, online, and by phone.
The ideal candidate
Minimum 3 years' office experience
Previous rental and/or sales experience
Social Media and Web Marketing skills experience
Strong computer skills necessary, proficient in Microsoft Office, Facebook, and internet searches
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently, yet a dedicated team member
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
