As a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol Shift in Philadelphia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Allied Universal officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct unarmed patrols, drive throughout assigned areas, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support tenants and visitors with strong customer service and communication while contributing to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Day Time Mon 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel when needed.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and observe on-site activity, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to post instructions.
- Complete routine reports and documentation related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or daily operations in support of site procedures and Allied Universal standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
