Leasing Agents, PT (flexible hours)

A growing real estate property management firm in Santa Monica is hiring PT leasing agents.
Positions available in Santa Monica, Koreatown and East Hollywood areas.
Responsibilities include: booking appointments and conducting tours for prospective tenants, and hosting open houses. No paperwork. Must have working knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and Section 8. MUST be able to show units twice a week, once during the week and once on the weekend. Must live in Santa Monica/west side or Koreatown/east side to be considered for the position. This is a part time flexible position that pays $250 commission per unit leased. Great gig to supplement your current income. Easy job, nice people. Please send resumes ASAP.
