Assistant Property Manager - Kauai

We are a leading real estate and vacation rental brokerage in the state of Hawaii and are looking for an individual with proven experience vacation rentals to join our team in Kauai.

*** The individual must already reside and be physically on the island of Kauai and lives in or near Hanalei.

*** Real Estate license NOT required but a plus.

PROPERTY COORDINATION:
- Oversee all vendors on-premises and ensures the work completed is satisfactory.
- Coordinate housekeeping
- Attend to guest concerns and respond to all phone calls and emails immediately.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate pre- and post-arrival inspections
- Solve moderately complex issues and exercise discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Travel to properties for onsite visits/inspections
- Work a flexible schedule

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Familiar with Hawaii real estate law and principles; real estate license not required but a plus
- Effective supply management and scheduling skills
- Experience with vacation rentals in the state of Hawaii
- Effective communication skills
- Tech savvy
- Strong organizational, listening, judgment, decision making, verbal, written, and comprehension skills.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE
- Part Time with potential for full-time

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Commensurate with qualifications and experience; Starting pay - $25 per hour
- Mileage Reimbursement
