Leasing Consultant (Entry Level)

Location: St. Louis, MO

Salary: $17-$18/HR + Competitive Commission Structure

Are you outgoing, sales-driven, and passionate about working with people? We are seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join a growing multifamily community in St. Louis, MO.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in property management. If you have a background in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service and enjoy building relationships, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Greet and tour prospective residents throughout the community

Showcase apartment homes, amenities, and community features

Guide prospects through the leasing and application process

Follow up on leads and schedule appointments

Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Support resident retention and renewal efforts

Assist with marketing initiatives, social media, and outreach events

Maintain accurate leasing records and documentation

Partner with the onsite team to achieve leasing and occupancy goals

What We're Looking For

Sales experience required (retail, hospitality, customer service, or other sales-focused environments welcomed)

Leasing experience is NOT required training will be provided

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Outgoing personality with a customer-focused mindset

Motivated, organized, and eager to learn

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Experience with property management software is a plus, but not required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
