Job DescriptionJob Description

The Part Time Leasing Consultant plays a key role in supporting the management of residential apartment properties by providing exceptional customer service, conducting property tours, and facilitating the leasing process. This position operates within a small team of 2-5 members, utilizing property management software and CRM tools to efficiently manage tenant relations and documentation. The consultant will focus on marketing properties and coordinating lease renewals, with opportunities for advancement to a senior leasing consultant role.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current tenantsConduct property tours to showcase available residential apartmentsProcess lease applications and prepare lease agreementsScreen applicants to ensure eligibility and suitabilityMarket properties through various platforms and channelsCoordinate lease renewals and manage tenant retention effortsMaintain positive tenant relations through effective communicationManage lease documentation and maintain accurate records

Preferred Qualifications
