un Part-Time Onsite Property Manager (campbell) compensation: Rent Credit plus $25 hourly plus leasing commission employment type: experience level: no experience required job title: Part-Time Onsite/Regional Property Manager Job Description We are seeking a self-motivated, responsive, friendly, part-time On-Site Property Manager to oversee an apartment building in Campbell. Flexible work schedule with a discounted apartment and approximately 5-10 hours per week (5 guaranteed) plus leasing commission. The candidate must live onsite in a one bedroom apartment (the property is all one bedrooms so there are no two bedroom options available). Key Responsibilities: Leasing: Posting ads and responding to inquiries quickly (as soon as it is received) and scheduling/conduction apartment tours promptly. Maintenance Requests: Responding to maintenance requests and coordinating the scheduling of maintenance quickly (including after-hours emergencies and back up to other properties in the portfolio). Other Responsibilities Scheduling vendors for maintenance requests Move in and move out inspections Communicate with residents and resolve any issues or disputes Enforce house rules and regulations Picking up trash (if any and seldom required since we have professional cleaners) and calling for hauling if needed Post notices and notify tenants when instructed Experience and Qualifications Apartment management and/or leasing experience a plus but not required A primary flexible job (real estate agent, sales, or a work from home job are good examples) Ability to text, email and communicate in a friendly positive tone a must Basic understanding of maintenance (ability to perform small maintenance is a plus) Highly organized and responsive Computer proficiency (experience with Appfolio is a plus) Flexibility and ability to respond quickly to resident inquiries is a must Professional Good people/communication skills Compensation Rent credit of $823 on a one-bedroom apartment and hourly pay $25/hr and $200 per lease (if leased within seven days of the apartment being rent ready).
