We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused leasing consultant for a multifamily community in Roswell, GA. This role is responsible for driving occupancy through strong leasing performance, resident engagement, and consistent follow-up.
The ideal candidate is energetic, sales-minded, organized, and understands how to create urgency while delivering a professional resident experience from first contact through move-in.
Responsibilities:
- Tour prospective residents and professionally present the community
- Convert leads into leases through consistent follow-up and closing techniques
- Respond to internet, phone, and walk-in traffic in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and prospect follow-up
- Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
- Execute outreach marketing and community engagement initiatives
- Maintain market knowledge of surrounding communities and pricing trends
- Ensure models, amenities, and tour paths are maintained to company standards
- Utilize Yardi and leasing platforms daily
- Assist with move-in preparation and resident onboarding
Qualifications:
- Previous multifamily leasing experience required
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Experience with Yardi or leasing CRM systems preferred
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
