We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Leasing Agent to join our vibrant property management team!

Responsibilities
Greet prospective tenants in person and over the phone, providing detailed information about available properties and community amenities.
Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to upsell units effectively.
Manage leasing documentation, including contracts, legal forms, and agreements while ensuring accuracy through diligent data entry and filing.
Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication, conflict management, and prompt follow-up to inquiries.
Coordinate with property maintenance teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy and address any issues promptly.
Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite to track leads, lease statuses, and resident information efficiently.
Stay updated on Fair Housing regulations, landlord-tenant law, and other legal requirements to ensure full compliance in all leasing activities.
Assist with property marketing efforts by promoting available units via various channels to maximize occupancy rates.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records of leasing activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with familiarity in property leasing processes.
Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, and Fair Housing laws.
Proficiency with property management software like Yardi or OneSite; experience with CMMS systems is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict professionally and negotiate effectively.
Bilingual fluency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish) is required to serve diverse communities effectively.
Legal administrative experience or background in contracts, legal forms, or office administration highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Exceptional phone etiquette combined with persuasive sales skills to upsell available units confidently.
