The Senior Leasing Agent plays a key role in driving occupancy, providing exceptional resident experiences, and supporting the daily operations of the leasing office. This position serves as a leader within the leasing team by assisting with training, mentoring, and ensuring leasing goals are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate is organized, sales-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining strong resident retention and community engagement. Work Schedule Position requires the ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year. Due to the property staff limitations, it is extremely critical that individuals possess the ability to work their scheduled hours on a consistent basis and overtime hours when required. Full-time Weekend rotation required Flexible schedule based on business needs Essential Functions: Leasing & Sales Conduct property tours and effectively present apartment homes and community amenities to prospective residents Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and CRM systems to convert prospects into leases Maintain strong knowledge of floor plans, pricing, availability, and market trends Achieve and exceed monthly leasing and occupancy goals Process rental applications, screening documentation, and lease agreements accurately and efficiently Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives Customer Service & Resident Relations Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents Address resident concerns professionally and timely while maintaining positive relationships Assist with resident events, outreach marketing, and community engagement efforts Ensure residents receive consistent communication regarding policies, updates, and property information Team Leadership & Operations Support and mentor leasing staff to ensure strong performance and professionalism Assist management with training new team members on leasing procedures and systems Maintain organized resident files and accurate data entry within property management software Support management with reporting, audits, and occupancy tracking Ensure the leasing office, model units, and amenity spaces are clean, organized, and tour-ready at all times Marketing & Outreach Assist with social media marketing, online reputation management, and outreach initiatives Monitor competitor pricing and market conditions Participate in local marketing events and partnerships to increase property exposure To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
