Apartment Leasing Agent, High Earning Potential

M. Fishman & Co. is seeking a motivated individual to join the team as an in-house Leasing Agent in Edgewater.

This is an exceptional opportunity to exclusively represent and market premium apartments in Uptown, and Edgewater.

The Leasing Agent is responsible for effectively marketing, promoting, and leasing apartments to prospective tenants.
This role requires excellent communication skills, and a client-centric approach.
Must have reliable transportation, and willingness to work evenings/weekends.
Full-time, Part-Time, and Summer positions are available.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage transactions from initial contact to closing.
- Respond in a timely manner to all incoming company leads.
- Prepare applications for prospective tenants, and thoroughly answer all questions from prospective tenants that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with leasing team and property managers.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, and tenant communications.

Key Qualifications:
- Professional demeanor when touring apts, greeting clients, etc.
- Some experience in sales/marketing, or a service-related industry.
- Highly organized, with the ability to commute clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with a potential for high earnings for a motivated individual.
Leads and training will be provided.
