Leasing Specialist

$18/HR + Competitive Commission Structure

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a growing property management team in St. Louis! This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about real estate, sales, and helping residents find their next home.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in leasing apartments, building resident relationships, and contributing to the success of a vibrant community.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, tour, and qualify prospective residents
• Showcase apartment homes, amenities, and community features
• Assist prospects through the leasing and application process
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
• Support marketing initiatives including social media and community outreach
• Maintain accurate leasing records and documentation
• Work closely with the property management team to achieve leasing goals

Qualifications:

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong sales ability
• Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or other property management software is a plus
• Organized, motivated, and able to work independently and within a team environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
