To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a real estate firm, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to become permanent in Washington, D.C. About The Job: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, providing tours and information about the community Guide prospects through the leasing and application process while building strong relationships Deliver highlevel customer service to current and prospective residents Utilize leasing and CRM systems to track leads, update records, and manage daily activity Support general administrative and frontoffice functions Assist with community events and initiatives that enhance resident experience Occasionally support leasing efforts at other nearby properties as needed About You: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence Customerfocused with a natural sales mindset Energetic, personable, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of people Background in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or sales preferred Leasing or property management experience a plus Techcomfortable and quick to learn new systems Reliable, adaptable, and interested in longterm growth opportunities About The Position: Start Date: Within the next two weeks Temporary with strong potential to convert Schedule: 5 days/week (one weekend day required), 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM One weekend day required $21-$24/hr Conversion Salary: $48K-$58K Fully onsite A1457118DC-Temp_...
