We’re seeking a motivated, customer-focused full-time Leasing Agent who takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and well-managed property experience.
What You’ll Do
As the face of our storage facility, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right storage solutions while keeping operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Leasing storage units to prospective customers and delivering outstanding service to current tenants
Assisting with marketing and promotional efforts to help grow occupancy
Preparing financial reports, processing deposits, and handling collections on delinquent accounts
Maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive property environment
Preparing vacated units for new customers
Coordinating and purchasing supplies and services as needed
Participating in minimal on-call responsibilities
Working occasional weekends as needed
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who is dependable, organized, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have:
Previous property management experience
Strong computer and organizational skills
A positive attitude and dedication to doing quality work
Self-storage management experience is a plus, but not required
