Leasing Consultant - Property management
Location: Hammond, LA 70403
Schedule: Monday through friday
Pay: $17-$18 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries
- Build rapport with prospects and follow up to maximize leasing opportunities
- Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements
- Assist with resident relations, renewals, and service requests
- Maintain accurate records in property management software
- Support marketing efforts, including social media posts, outreach, and community events
- Ensure the leasing office, model units, and amenities are clean and wellpresented
Qualifications
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
