Leasing Consultant - Property management

Location: Hammond, LA 70403

Schedule: Monday through friday

Pay: $17-$18 per hour

We're looking for a Leasing Consultant who enjoys helping people find their next home and thrives in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries
• Build rapport with prospects and follow up to maximize leasing opportunities
• Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements
• Assist with resident relations, renewals, and service requests
• Maintain accurate records in property management software
• Support marketing efforts, including social media posts, outreach, and community events
• Ensure the leasing office, model units, and amenities are clean and wellpresented

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
