We're looking for a motivated Leasing Agent to join our property management team. If you're a peopleperson with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others find their next home, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging property tours
• Manage leasing applications, screenings, and movein processes
• Maintain accurate records in property management software
• Build strong relationships with residents and prospects
• Support marketing efforts and help achieve occupancy goals

Qualifications

• Leasing or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and sales abilities
• Organized, detailoriented, and techsavvy
• Ability to work weekends as needed
