In this role, youll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing critical administrative and customer support to our Escrow team. This position plays a key role in helping make the dream of homeownership a reality.

What Youll Do:
o Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow-up
o Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
o Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
o Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience

o Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies
o High school diploma or equivalent
