Our team at Sawmill Creek Apartments on Sawmill Road in River Ridge is looking for a friendly, motivated Leasing Consultant who is passionate about customer service, sales, and creating a welcoming community for our residents.
What You’ll Do
Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging tours of our apartment homes and community amenities
Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
Guide future residents through the leasing process from application to move-in
Build positive relationships with current residents to encourage satisfaction and retention
Assist with marketing initiatives and resident/community events
Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
Previous experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and people skills
A positive, goal-oriented attitude and a passion for helping others
Availability Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on community needs
Experience with AppFolio or other property management software is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate
