Land Development Project Manager Jobs in Houston, TX
A Land Development Project Manager in the real estate industry is typically responsible for overseeing all aspects of land development projects from planning and design, through to completion. This includes, but is not limited to, obtaining necessary permits, managing budgets, coordinating with contractors, ensuring adherence to codes and regulations, and liaising with stakeholders. The role requires a keen understanding of real estate development, project management, and civil engineering principles. Other key responsibilities may include site selection, feasibility analysis, and negotiation of land acquisitions.
For this role, a Project Manager should have a solid background in real estate, civil engineering or related fields.
