Are you passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful gardens? Do you have experience in landscape management and horticulture? McDugald Steele, Inc. is looking for multiple full-time Garden Maintenance Managers to join our remarkable team! As a Garden Maintenance Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse high-end residential clients and oversee the care of their amazing gardens.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts, costs, and crews for multiple high-end residential clients
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of plants and gardens
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Oversee landscape maintenance, irrigation, lawn care, and snow removal
• Conduct inspections, estimate project costs, and provide exceptional customer service

Required Skills:

• Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field
• Experience in landscape maintenance, design, and architecture
• Strong knowledge of pest control, installation, and budget management
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in architectural design and sales
• Education experience and knowledge of budgets
