Founded in 1998, Universal Development and Construction (UDC) is a real estate development, construction, and management company in Johnson City, Tennessee. We are a multi-disciplinary company providing full-service real estate solutions for our residential and commercial clients. Our company has developed over 3,000 multifamily homes in East Tennessee, Western North Carolina, and Western South Carolina with over 1,500 more in the development pipeline. With this, we have also developed, re-purposed, and re-positioned some of our region’s premier retail, industrial, office, and flex spaces with all projects totaling more than one million square feet of floor space.
