We are seeking a detailoriented, reliable, and professional Leasing Agent with strong affordable housing and HUD experience to support daily operations at our San Francisco community. This role requires someone who understands compliance, communicates clearly, and provides excellent service to residents and applicants.

Key Responsibilities

Assist applicants with leasing, eligibility, and affordable housing requirements

Process applications, verify documentation, and support HUD compliance tasks

Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects

Conduct property tours and explain program requirements clearly

Maintain accurate files, logs, and communication records

Support the Property Manager with administrative and compliancerelated tasks

Ensure all interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy

Requirements

Affordable housing experience (required)

HUD experience (required)

Strong understanding of compliance, documentation, and eligibility processes

Excellent communication and customerservice skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Organized, detaildriven, and comfortable with a fastpaced environment
