Compensation This role offers a stable, competitive compensation structure designed to support both immediate and long-term value. Position Description A Day In The Life This is a role built around momentum, collaboration, and decision-making. You begin your day reviewing active real estate initiativesnew locations, lease negotiations, renewals, and expansion opportunitiesprioritizing where your attention will have the greatest impact. As the day unfolds, you're working closely with franchise partners and external brokers, evaluating sites, negotiating terms, and ensuring that each decision supports both operational success and long-term growth. You're balancing multiple initiatives at oncesome strategic, some urgentall requiring sound judgment and strong communication. By the end of the day, you've advanced key deals, supported stakeholders across the network, and contributed directly to the continued expansion of the business.
